Managing accounts in her previous positions led Jen to discover what clients wanted from their media agency and what they strived for in their media ventures. Applying these findings was critical when she first assumed New Business responsibilities, and was challenged to develop proposals based off of the client’s needs and requests.

She crafted a New Business process, which guides UM offices worldwide, and continues to lead the North American team to win some of the most prestigious clients.
An agency veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Jen was a vital addition to UM’s global team. Since joining the agency in February 2008, Jen has led UM’s New Business initiatives and is responsible for identifying leads, nurturing prospects and guiding New Business opportunities. Jen’s global role permits her to oversee all New Business efforts at a regional level, and ensure that the offices are aligning their strategies under the agency brand.
UM North America has experienced remarkable growth with their business wins. Some of the clients that Jen has ushered in for the company includes Dyson, Charles Schwab, Nationwide, BMW, Applebee’s, Six Flags, and Chrysler.
Prior to teaming up with UM, Jen served as SVP, Group Account Director for MRM Worldwide from 2006-2008. While at MRM, Jen led a $325m annual communications plan in support of Regular Army, Army Reserve, ROTC, and went above and beyond her duties by successfully consulting on 200 negotiations annually. Jen also enjoyed 11 years at OgilvyOne Worldwide, where she served as Senior Partner, Global Account Director, managing an extensive roster of clients including IBM, SAP, and Verizon.
